By placing an order or saving a reminder on FloraSonnet you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders
An order is confirmed once our team checks it and you receive a confirmation. Prices are always confirmed by our server at checkout.
2. Delivery
We currently deliver inside Dhaka only. Delivery times (Standard 2–4 days, Priority 1–2 days) are estimates and can change on public holidays or bad weather.
3. Flower availability
Flowers are natural products. If a flower is not available we may replace it with one of similar color, style and value.
4. Payments
We accept cash on delivery and bKash. Refunds for cancelled orders are returned to the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is being prepared. Custom bouquets cannot be cancelled after you approve the quote.
6. Anonymous delivery
When you send anonymously we never share your name or number with the recipient, but we keep them for our records and the law.
7. Reminders
Reminders are a free service. We do our best to notify you on time but are not responsible for missed SMS or emails caused by your network or provider.
